The Paid Apprenticeship Program: Earn While You Learn

Assistant Salon Residency (ASR): In this initial 4-6 weeks, gain foundational knowledge in salon operations, host and assistant responsibilities, and basic wash and style techniques.

Salon Residency Program (Levels 1-3): Deepen your expertise in technical, client service, and Wholehearted Hairdressing, preparing you for a career of impact and growth.

Stylist Levels and Specializations: Progress and specialize in areas like cutting, color, or texture, while building a client base.

Leadership and Educational Roles: With experience, explore opportunities to coach, lead, or instruct, impacting the next generation of stylists.
