Reopening the Salon Info

Hello everyone!

It’s almost time to reopen the salon! Yay! We still have not been given a definitive date because Pierce County is one of the hotbeds for the virus, but it does seem likely that 2-3 weeks from now we will be back in business.

Before we get too excited we need to acknowledge just how different everything is going to be. There is no going back only moving forward into a post Covid 19 Outbreak kinda world. New sanitation and protective practices, social distancing requirements, permitted services and amenities and client risks are all factors I take very seriously as a technician. The other thing I have to consider is my family and home life.

I know some of you have been waiting a long time to see me since my maternity leave started back in January. And as much as I would love to jump back in the saddle full time and get caught up with all of you as quickly as possible, I cannot do that. This quarantine has my sweet little baby boy completely codependent on his mama(totally my fault and I have enjoyed every minute of it) and we lost all of our progress transitioning him into being away from me and now we have to start all over again. I am sure he will acclimate fairly quickly, but an adjustment period is necessary, so I will be ramping up my return schedule slowly at first.

ONLINE BOOKING WILL BE AVAILABLE 6/1/2020

SALON REOPENING DAY SET TENTATIVELY 6/16/2020

Booking is fist come, first serve. Appointments may be made 45 days in advance.

Other than those quick notes, here are the high points to take note of BEFORE booking your appointment.

  1. You must have an active Vagaro account login to book appointments. This is the best way to manage your appointments, credit card on file and add notes to your appointments for me to see.

  2. There is a new POLICY AND LIABILITY WAIVER that you will have to sign before you may book an appointment.

  3. There is a new website, check it out! www.leftcoastsalon.com

  4. There have been price increases, make sure to check them out. If you have a unique situation that prevents you from being able to pay full price, please reach out to me and I will see what we can do to accommodate your budget and my time.

  5. There are new services on the menu. Read through and make sure you are selecting the best option. You can always add notes to your appt that I can check and adjust it if necessary.

I think that’s all of it for now. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or need for special accommodations. I am happy to help!

Hope you are all staying healthy and safe as we move to reopen our state.

Sincerely,

Kristina
