Three weeks in and all's well!

Wow! Way to make a girl feel loved! My inbox is full, my Yelp page is super active and there are more people clicking on my Google page then ever! I never knew I could do so well, so thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I am so excited to see where this new trajectory takes us all. I know that navigating these new systems can be tricky, but you guys are killin' the game and you know I am always here to help you out. That being said, we have to have a talk guys... you know, family meeting style.


Did you receive a confirmation email?


It seems like there are too many people who believe they completed a booking when in fact they did not, leading to disappointing outcomes and a stressful rescheduling process on my end. Vagaro sends out multiple communications and one is the golden ticket stating the date and time of your upcoming appointment, but you have to actually open the email to confirm that you do have said golden ticket. Willy Wonka excepted as much and so do I. I thank you in advance for ensuring your spot on my calendar.


Now would be a good time for those of you who BELIEVE they have an existing appointment to log onto the Vagaro app and CONFIRM that information. If you didn't happen to complete the process, please do so at this time and let me know if you need some assistance.


There is no more room at the inn.


I have squeezed one of your lovable faces into to every nook and cranny of my schedule and I can do no more. Best option is to use the Waitlist feature on Vagaro. Log into the app, select your desired service and then scroll down to find the "add to waitlist" button. And just maybe someone else's schedule conflict could be your golden ticket.


Virtual Consultations and Product and Styling Lessons (15 min)


How can I help? Using Facetime, Facebook Messanger or zoom, get your questions answered. I can provide booking assistance, hair consultations for new clients or major changes, answer product questions or provide styling help. Book online the same way you would book a regular appt.


So far, so good.


Overall, I am very pleased to report business is flowing smoothly and you are all playing nicely. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have the BEST clients! This is why I give my best effort, because each experience with you guys is valuable and enriching for me. Way to go team!
